This five day, hands on program prepares new and emerging instructors to co-facilitate and deliver the ICWUC HMIT toolbox modules using participatory, worker-centered methods. Participants practice adult learning techniques, presentation skills, and feedback, while gaining proficiency with core HAZMAT training resources (ERG, NIOSH/NJFS, 49 CFR shipping papers, and toxicology basics)
